Every day we get asked a bunch of questions. What time do you close, Do you carry PC games, etc? Here we have comprised a list of the most Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) for you to check if you have a question. Alot of the time questions that people have can be answered by simply looking over the FAQs section.

 

What are your hours?
Game Point is open 7 days a week at the following hours:

Monday - Thursday
11:00am - 7:00pm
Friday
11:00am - 8:00pm
Saturday
10:00am - 8:00pm
Sunday
1:00pm - 5:00pm

What is your return policy?
Game Point has a 24 hour return policy on any USED item that we carry. What that means is that if you didn't like a game for any reason, you may return the game and swap it for something else of equal value with no questions asked. See our Warranty section for information on our warranties.

Do you carry PC (Computer) games?
Currently Game Point only carries items for console and handheld gaming systems. However, Game Point at any time could begin carrying PC games so do check back with us from time to time.

How many games do you usually keep in stock?
Game Point at any given time usually has around 2,000+ games in-stock. Our inventory does fluctuate with the different seasons but we usually have atleast 2,000 games.

Can I use my Game Point Rewards Card with other offers?
Sorry, the Game Point Rewards Card cannot be "stacked" or combined with any other offers (unless we say otherwise) at this time. The reason is because Game Point offers such a high trade ammount while still offering such a low sale price and because of that there isn't a large margin for discounts. Other stores can "stack" discounts because they don't give as much on trades and they sell their games higher than Game Point does. Usually it takes a discount or a sale price before the other guys can keep up with Game Point's everyday low prices. Compare and see!

Can I get cash for my in-store credit?
Sorry, once the items that you have traded become in-store credit you can no longer exchange those items for cash.

Does Game Point ever give out coupons?
Everyday! Actually, Game Point always has an online printable coupon that changes from time to time and sometimes we hand out coupons in the store. Usually you can find coupons in our monthly newsletter that we have placed on the front counter in the store.

Where's the new games?
Game Point currently does not carry new video games. However that will soon change. Game Point is currently brodening its used game selection every day and will soon carry a wide selection of new video games aswell. Game Point does carry new accessories and new video game hardware.

How often does Game Point hold tournaments?
Game Point usually holds a tournament every couple of months. We try to out do ourselves with every tournament by increasing the size, the advertising and the prizes. Game Point tries to make our tournaments something to remember and something to talk about. Be sure to check our tournaments section for upcoming tournaments as we will post them as soon as its official.
