Now that you've got your application, here are a few more tips to getting a job at Game Point.
1.) Resume - While a resume isn't required, it does help. A resume shows us that you are confident in yourself and even more serious about landing a job with Game Point. Not everyone has a resume and a large part of getting a job is being noticed and remembered. While we see applications turned in nearly every day, we don't see too many resumes, which do you think we pay more attention to?
2.) Introduction - Remember that whole first impression thing? Yep, that's just as important as what's on your application. Be clean cut, shaven and well dressed when turning in an application. When you hand us your application you're saying "Hi, i'd like to work for you.", and its a lot easier to invision you behind the counter helping customers if you don't look like you just rolled out of bed. Come in and tell us a little about you and why you think you'd be a great addition to the best video game store around.
3.) Regular Customer - Do we know you? Have you ever been in the store before handing in your application? Do you know anything about Game Point? This is VERY important to us. You will have the highest chance of getting a job at Game Point if we've met before and we already have a sense of who you are. We love to meet and know our customers. A lot of our employees began as customers that we enjoyed so much that we offered them a job. So come by and have a chat with us and tell us what you're currently playing and how much you love video games. This is the best way to get a job with Game Point.
