What can I really say? It's a Mario game...go buy it! Not sold yet? Well, if you don't pick this game up you'll be missing one of the best gems of the system. It's not like it's a secret that this is a good game or that somehow this is a sleeper hit, no this is a Mario game through and through. Mr. Miyamoto (creator of Mario and Zelda) is back with a brand new Mario adventure packed with all the goodness you've come to expect in a Mario title. There's the usual suspects like Goombas and Koopa Troopas but new enemies aswell. The real change this time around is that you a three other friends can join up and play simultaneously on every level throughout the entire game. Sometimes you'll be glad you have the help and sometimes you might prefer to go it alone. The level design is at its best with some levels designed for pure enjoyment without much challenge and other levels that will have you thinking about tossing that Wii remote. This change in pace from level to level keeps the game fresh and requires you to stay on your toes. All in all this is a fantastic game and if you own a Wii then you own it to yourself to pick up this title.

The Pros:
Great gameplay similar to the early Mario Bros. games
Controls are simply and easy to learn
Graphics are smooth and easy to the eye
Music score sounds like it could have come out of Super Mario Bros. 3
Very addictive, you'll find yourself at 2:00am saying "just one more level, just one more level"

The Cons:
Sometimes a little difficult playing with more than just one player at a time
Some of the mini games get very repetitive

Craig gives New Super Mario Bros. Wii a score of 10/10
